Pyramid belts are self-sharpening, and as the top of the pyramid wears away, new sharp mineral sand is exposed for even cutting and the expected excellent surface finish. Pyramid belts also have built-in grinding aids that help dissipate heat and prevent heat build-up, thus protecting the material being machined and prolonging service life. Pyramid abrasive belts are suitable for grinding and polishing various metal surfaces, such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, etc., which can improve grinding efficiency and quality, and reduce operation steps and costs.
